Started working out again

Probably one of the hardest thought processes to go through as a person who is fluid about gender. It's a struggle between getting healthy and happy about my weight and look with out taking away the feminine qualities that u want to showcase when dressed up. Anyways I would love to hear your guys thoughts. :-) xoxo

As special as looking good is, feeling good is even better. Exercise is a good way to make this happen. Do whatever it takes to help you look and feel good.

I think it's tricky. In one way, you want a little extra shape to give you curves in the right places. But not too much that you curve out in the wrong ones :-)

All that said, I find a nice long walk - walk & talk, or just one my own - really very good for my mood... oh, and my waistlines.

Maybe you could start propecia or some other kind of anti-androgen to block the testosterone. That way you could work out all you want without having to worry about looking like Lou Ferrigno. Also lean more anaerobic exercises focusing on lots of reps rather than hitting the weights for strength training and mass building.

I work out in a couple of different ways. First would have to be all the yard work I do around my place. Second is that I go walking with my dog everyday. And lastly would be an exercise to help increase the size of my pecs. It seems to be a good compromise between good health and too muscular.
